We are a company specialised in sand foundry prototypes.
We can build from scratch (2D or 3D drawings) all types of parts. Starting for the design of its die-cast tooling until its machining.
We work on different materials such as wood, resin, aluminium, steel, cast iron, Bronze...with our hand or CNC machines.
Thanks to our historical kown-how, the modelling for foundries, we have a control on the whole added-value chain: from the design to the building of the prototype part, through the making of the die-cats toolings.
In addition, we have developped since several decades, a kwow-how in the design of compression molds for composite parts. We can produce serial molds as well as prototypes molds for your laboratories
Finally, we have a 3D control metrology laboratory, which helps us control the full compliance of the products we deliver to our customers.
Our wish is to accompany you through your R&D projects for the design&production of your first prototypes and toolings.

Foundation of the company by two partners Mr Dufêtre and Mr Michat. At that time, the lonely activity was traditionnal modelling for foundries -
1968
Start of a mechanical workshop in support of the traditionnal modelling workshop -

Move to the current location, rue de l'Avenir, Genas -

First CNC machining system -

Introduction of the first CAD system (Missler software - former name of Topsolid) -

Frederic and Roland MICHAT succeed their father for lead of the company -
